By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you have reached the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension or termination.
na77 is an international platform licensed and regulated offshore. We primarily serve users residing in Indonesia. By using our services, you confirm that online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for you personally under the laws of your place of residence. To access betting and gaming services on na77, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed, and any winnings may be forfeited.
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and regulatory compliance, na77 requires all users to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures. You must provide clear, legible copies of government-issued identification documents such as an Indonesian ID card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. Additional proof of address may be requested. na77 supports deposits and withdrawals via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), as well as popular e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All payment methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed on the platform at the time of transaction.
Minimum deposits vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 25,000 (e-wallets) to Rp 50,000 (bank transfers). Deposits are generally credited instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking hours. na77 does not charge fees for deposits, but your financial institution may impose its own transaction fees. All deposits must originate from accounts registered in your own name; third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits unless alternative arrangements are approved by our finance team. Standard processing times are 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on your VIP tier status and the payment method selected. Gold VIP members enjoy priority processing with withdrawals typically completed within 10 minutes during business hours.
Withdrawals may only be processed after successful completion of KYC verification. na77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected. Bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before funds can be withdrawn (see Section 6).
In accordance with international anti-money laundering regulations, all deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal requests will be processed. Bonuses are granted at the sole discretion of the Company and are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available only to verified account holders who have completed KYC procedures.
All bonuses are subject to wagering (turnover) requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling Rp 3,000,000 before you can withdraw winnings from that bonus. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 20%, and sports betting varies by odds.
na77 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusive betting, hedging strategies designed to guarantee profits, or any other activity that violates the spirit of the promotion. We reserve the right to void bonuses, cancel wagers, and confiscate winnings if we detect bonus abuse. Repeated violations will result in permanent account closure.
All sports bets are settled according to the official result of the respective sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of a postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets may be voided and stakes returned unless specific rules for that sport dictate otherwise. na77 offers various bet types including single bets, mix parlay (accumulator), Asian handicap (voor bola), over/under, and live in-play betting.
For football betting on BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Champions League, and other leagues, odds are updated in real-time. Live betting odds fluctuate based on match developments. The Company reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at its discretion, particularly for unusually large stakes or where palpable errors in odds are detected.
All casino games including slots, live dealer games, table games, and specialty games operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are displayed in the game information. Slot games, including those described by players as slot gacor (slots perceived to be in hot payout streaks), are governed purely by RNG and mathematical probability; past results do not influence future outcomes.
In the event of system errors, software malfunctions, or obvious mistakes in odds or payouts, na77 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Examples of obvious errors include decimal point errors (odds of 100.00 instead of 1.00) or incorrect match outcomes displayed. If a game malfunctions during play, affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded. It is the player's responsibility to report suspected errors promptly.
While na77 strives to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. The Company shall not be liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, provided reasonable efforts are made to restore service promptly.
Gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss. You acknowledge that betting outcomes are uncertain and that you may lose money. na77 is not responsible for gambling losses incurred by users. You should only wager amounts you can afford to lose and should view gambling as entertainment, not a source of income. Our platform may display content or links to third-party game providers and payment processors. na77 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; you would need to register a new account, which would be considered a new player without access to previous bonus history.
na77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, though we will typically provide reasons when doing so. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, multiple account abuse, bonus abuse, abusive behavior toward staff, chargebacks or payment disputes, or providing false information during registration.
If your account is closed for breach of Terms, we reserve the right to confiscate any remaining balance, void pending bets, and withhold winnings. However, if closure occurs for reasons not involving fraud or Terms violations, any legitimate balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees.
As part of our responsible gaming commitment, na77 offers self-exclusion options. You may request to be excluded from the platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months, or permanently. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which na77 is licensed and registered. Given the international nature of our operations, disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction where our operating license is held.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of na77 services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against na77.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from na77. The Company reserves the right to assign these Terms to any successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
